Job Summary
The Recruiting Coordinator is a crucial support role within the Talent Acquisition Department, responsible for assisting in all aspects of the recruitment process. This position plays a vital role in facilitating the efficient attraction, selection, and contracting of financial representatives. The Recruiting Coordinator comprehensively understands the overall recruitment and selection process. The role demands exceptional organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and effective communication abilities when engaging with diverse individuals.
Key Responsibilities
Core responsibilities for the position are as follows:
* Assist in sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
* Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for further evaluation, communicating to the recruiting team.
* Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
* Schedule interviews and coordinate interview logistics, including room bookings, travel arrangements, and video conference setup.
* Communicate with candidates to provide interview details, confirm availability, and address any questions or concerns.
* Coordinate interview feedback and evaluations from interviewers.
* Prepare and send offer letters, employment contracts, and other necessary documentation to selected candidates.
* Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
* Coordinate and participate in career fairs, job fairs, and other recruiting events as required.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience by delivering high professionalism, responsiveness, and effective communication throughout the process.
* Recruiting event support, set up, ordering of materials, and anticipating logistics required for a successful event.
* Partner and work internally with hiring managers on the new hire process for successful handoffs and the start of the onboarding process.
Experience/Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent
experience).
* A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruiting coordinator and/or similar administrative
role is preferred.
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is a plus.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks
simultaneously.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; follow up and follow through on processes
* Take initiative, problem solves and be customer service oriented.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
